1. Who we are

Invstock (invstock.net) is an inventory app run from the Philippines. You can reach us at admin@invstock.net. These terms are between us and the person who signs up, for themselves and for the business they name.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and use Invstock for a business. You are responsible for the people you add as admins, staff and tablets, and for keeping your sign-in email and tablet PINs safe.

3. Free trial

A new business gets the free days shown on the sign-up page. No payment details are asked for at sign-up. When the trial ends, the monthly plan starts at the price shown when you signed up.

4. Price and payment

The plan is billed every month in advance, in Philippine pesos. It includes one branch; each extra branch is billed at the branch price, and adding one mid-month adds a share of that price for the days left. You pay by GCash to the number shown on Plan at bayad and send the 13-digit Ref No. there; the payment counts once we confirm it. We may change prices for the next period only, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Late payment

If a bill is not paid, admins become read-only and tablets cannot count after the number of days shown on Plan at bayad. Nothing is deleted. Paying the bill turns writing back on.

6. Stopping

You can stop the plan any time on Plan at bayad. It runs to the end of the period already billed and then becomes read-only. Months already paid are not refunded.

7. Your data

The items, counts, prices and notes you enter belong to your business. We use them only to run Invstock for you, as the Privacy policy says. You can download the inventory report as CSV, and ask admin@invstock.net for a full copy or for deletion. If the plan has been stopped or unpaid for 90 days, we may delete the business's data after emailing the owner 14 days before.

8. Fair use

Do not use Invstock to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to get into another business's data. We may pause an account that does, and tell you why by email.

9. Service and limits

We work to keep Invstock running and your data backed up, but it is provided as is, and there may be downtime. Count your real stock before big decisions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for a change that matters we email the owner at least 30 days before it applies. These terms follow the laws of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and disputes go to the proper courts of the Philippines.
